This recently started series of drawings entitled ‘Remotely Close’ will explore aspects of the human form, as well as the ongoing stream of sensory input that forms the human experience. Thoughts, memories, dreams and longings form mental stories to identify with, but underneath these mental constructs another life is taking place; a life so close that it is often missed. These drawings will explore that remotely close life, the experience of it and the obstacles to it.
